This lecture begins with the basics of cold brew - including a brief history and an overview of various brewing methods. We then move into intermediate topics like cold brew science foundations, initial program development, and basic food safety considerations. There will be time for Q&A, so please bring your questions! (Note: This lecture will not cover nitro, kegging, or scaling up.)
